Florida Players uses a form on the main page of the site in order to better serve requests from visitors. In order to fully explain
the privacy inherent in using the form, each possible request will be explained in detail as to what privacy can be expected.
Following this, a general privacy information section will explain whatever is not covered.

By submitting a request for tickets to a Florida Players event, you agree to allow the Publicist to receive the information
you submit in order to process your ticket request. You also agree to allow the House Manager for the show you requested
tickets for to see your first and last name. This information is used at the door of the venue to allow you access to the show.

By submitting an application to join the listserv, you agree to allow the Webmaster to receive a copy of the information you submit.
You also agree to allow Florida Players to automatically send Yahoo Groups an email in your name and email address to join the
Florida Players Yahoo Group, and as such, join the listserv.

By submitting a Membership application to join Florida Players, you agree to have a copy of your information sent to the Florida Players Secretary. You also agree to allow Florida Players to retain your information in a database for future use allocating points for participation in Florida Players events. By allowing us to retain this information, you agree to allow the Florida Players Executive Board to use this information for record keeping. Be aware that by submitting this application, if someone uses your last name and phone number to submit the Check Membership form, they will be able to see your first name and the points you have accumulated, but no other information is revealed.

No one from Florida Players sees any information submitted in this form.

Unless otherwise noted, no information is stored in a database. No information is shared with any third party, regardless of purpose. Florida Players values your privacy. The Florida Players Executive Board are the only people permitted to have any contact with the information submitted through these forms. We do not use cookies on the Florida Players site.
